How to grow taller by running

Running is one of the most effective grow taller exercises. Running exercise is an intensive running workout, not like simply running for sometime whenever you want. Running with lot of intensity at a high speed helps you grow taller. Few tips on how to practice running exercise:

Firstly, for 5-10 minutes stretch all your leg muscles before warning up. Try to do butterfly stretch, calf stretch, ankle stretch, hamstring stretch etc.

Secondly, warm up your body by jogging for five to ten minutes. Try jumping rope for 400 times

Thirdly, Run at a very high speed of 200 miles on the treadmill, then you can increase 5 more miles and then 10 more miles as you continue.

Fourthly, try to run at least three times in a week by increasing five more miles daily. If you feel lots of stress and pain after three days, take rest for 3-4 days. Stretch your legs daily and start running again.
