It's incredible how good this exercise is to grow taller. Start slow your first days, dont exceed yourself. Enjoy the process dont try to do many minutes of stretching your first few days. As the days pass on your stretching exercises you can then stretch for longer minutes, perhaps 25-35 minutes. If you feel uncomfort stop immediately.
